No tools needed to add to the inside, easy in and out put gear on . Makes 70 liter tote more rigid for stacking.

Adds a few pounds so heavier. Easy to install for the interior of the 70L, but not inuitive and not secure for the exterior. Overpriced for what it is, cost half.
