Recovery Wadding

The products are probably fine but the customer service aspect was nonexistent. I bought some engines and recovery wadding from the website because the toy store didn’t carry everything. This was for a girl’s birthday, and was needed about 5 days from the purchase date. For three days after ordering, the order hadn’t progressed beyond a comment saying they received the order. So, I wrote a ticket just to find out whenit would be sent, so I’d know if I needed to go out to other stores to find the things I needed, if these weren’t going to arrive on time. I never got any response, and I did eventually find another store with the items I needed so we had what we needed for the birthday. The day after I bought them from a store, I did get a notification that the items shipped, and would arrive the Tuesday after the weekend. I’m not upset about shipping times, just would really have liked to have heard back with an answer to my question, which just got ignored.

Great company, I recently got my son into model rocketry. He built his first intermediate rocket and painted for the first time.
