They are good when I can activate them which I find really difficult to break the area to trigger the cold effect. I am using them on my broken wrist now that my cast is off so can only squeeze with my good hand and just find this really hard and takes a long time. The first time I used one and read the instructions which said to shake and squeeze, absolutely nothing happened as it doesn’t explain that there is a specific area or section that is the correct place to make them work, so just squeezing is no good if you aren’t squeezing correctly. Then they are great but wish it was easier
