Poor Dispatch Service

We were happy with the product which was in stock, despite being more expensive than other sellers and because we required it as soon as possible we opted to pay a little for postage for Royal Mail 24 which indicated that it would be be delivered within 24 hours. We ordered on a Tuesday and when I contacted the seller they got into making excuses that its was Royal Mails fault. The reason for the delay was that they took 48 hours to dispatch the product, which was confirmed in the confirmation email we received on Thursday, and surprise surprise good old Royal Mail delivered the next day (Within 24 hours). The seller made a point of saying that to get it next day it would have cost £8.00, I think he is referring to the before 1:00pm delivery guaranteed signed for service. If it had been dispatched on time we would have been happy, but to make excuses was poor customer service.
