Great bag!

I’m really happy with this backpack. The quality is top notch and it delivers as advertised and then some. Only reason I don’t give it five stars is because I wish it had a dedicated laptop compartment. That said, if you are considering this bag for daily use to the office or as a personal item when traveling you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend!

Customer Support for the Books

The backpack is awesome built, it is very nice to carry, not too attacking with the looks but still super nice looking, needs a bit of break period but hey not the end of the world. Has awesome organization. But above this backpack is Customer Support from Mukama. It is truly one for the books and for other companies to learn from. Because of Karlo in the support team, who was kind enough to give a recommendation and also super proactive Mukama will always be a first stop for buying and this is why I like this backpack even more. Well, the best review feedback is I’m buying another in a different colour. This is now my go to EDC bag. I’m larger frame and needed something that would fit. The straps fit really well and comfortable. At first I was unsure about the shape but it’s good, especially the water bottle pocket which I use as intended and also for my insulin in its cool pouch. Carries well fully loaded or with a light load, and it keeps its shape. Just enough organisation. This is also my first Vx fabric bag - looks good and not too ‘tactical’, wipes clean easily and keeps its shape well - I thought it would sag but it doesn’t and with most loads it will stand upright on its own.
