Like many people, I was initially afraid to make an order (Not sure why) BUT I made an order a couple of years ago and they came to me & I was satisfied with the result. This time I made an order for 3 videos. All 3 had the same mistake & I got really worried, BUT I shouldn't have, I wrote to them & their after service was great, they remade the videos and sent them through a couple of days later and were exactly as I expected the videos to be. I believe this company is onto a good thing with custom logo videos for different occassions throughout the year, great idea & good work!
