great little scooter. plenty of speed. BUT one key criticism regarding the batteries. they are extremely difficult to remove if you have arthritis or simply don't have very strong hands. would recommend that the manufacturer include some kind of removal mechanism to accommodate people like me.

Mobility Independence Restored

Mu husband's sense of independence has been restored! We have successfully used this scooter in the department stores, on pavement and even on grass and gravel. It has really encouraged him to get outside and we are able to go for walks with ease. Also, I like how compact and relatively lightweight it is for loading and unloading out of the car. Thank you!
