Great Way to Take Your Lifts to the Next Level

I have been using Juggernaut AI for years. Did three powerlifting meets using the app. Also, Juggernaut AI got me back to my pre pregnancy DOTS at 12 weeks postpartum- so I 100 percent think the app alone works wonders for me. I was heading into my fourth meet and could tell to really accelerate progress I needed some technique guidance. I didn’t want to give up Juggernaut AI for a coach because I knew I would want to go back to the app because it is a very affordable and sustainable program for me. I decided to sign up for the guided ai so I could learn to better use the app and improve my technique. Two weeks in and it is amazing! I am working with Carlos. He is very helpful and professional. Within hours of signing up he reached out to me to set up a call. He was very detailed. He helped me fine tune my block based on my weaknesses. My technique on all three of my lifts has already improved within two weeks. Also, he is helping me fine tune my accessories to correct my knee valgus, which previously held back my squats and deadlifts. The technique feedback has been very helpful! Makes JuggAI Even Better

Used JuggernautAI for quite some time but was having some issues with form and uncertainty with how to overcome set backs. Didn’t have it in the budget to go with a full online coach but this fit the bill nicely - Still get to use my JuggernautAI app but also get my form checks and recommendations which I feel like removed any ambiguity in my training. Love having a point of contact for situational questions etc. Thanks for the continued service!
