I called Hutch Mountain with questions about the generlink. The customer service is excellent. The order was received promptly. No more stressing about power outages.

Top notch all around! Called initially with some questions but did not leave a message. They called back and answered all my questions and even told me to text them once I placed my order so they could get it shipped out. Later that day I was called again by another individual to make sure I was contacted and to see if my questions were answered. Product arrived in a timely manner and was successfully installed by our provider. There was even a handwritten note with my name thanking me for the purchase. Have yet to try it or use it, but to me the communication and customer service speak volumes for this company.

Great customer service

I called Hutch Mountain to get a couple of questions answered before placing my order. I ordered my Generlink on Monday afternoon and received it the following Wednesday. Couldn't be happier. Hopefully I'll never have to use it. If I do, I'm ready.
