The Ears Plus Rabbit

This one isn't doing it for me

I bought this to replace another similar rabbit that had long since given up. I was so happy to find this, but it just isn't what I was looking for. The other one had ears that were closer together for much better effect. They were also softer and not as pointy/hard on the end. This one has plenty of power and juice, but it's more buzzy than crumbly. It's well made, but ufortunately it's not the bunny buddy for me.

hi there! we opened our rabbit on sunday, april 5 and plugged in and attached the charger according to the instructions, which appeared to be for a older model but we found the correct instructions on your website. we initially let it charge for about four hours, then we decided to let the rabbit charge overnight but had the same results each time - the solid light is on indicating a full charge, but when we disconnect the charging cable and then press and hold the power button for three seconds the rabbit does not turn on but instead begins to flash as if it needs a charge. will wait to hear on how to proceed. thank you.
