The birdie alarm itself is a great product and gives me terrific peace of mind for my daughter and my niece who both received them from me as a gift. A shout out to customer service for prompt and helpful resolution of a delivery issue. I can easily say it was the smoothest resolution of any customer service issue I’ve ever had in years!

Very loud . The way I want it 😊👍 !! I hang it on me when I'm out in my yard later in the evening /night watering my flower beds and garden . Hopefully someone will hear it if something or someone were to approach me with bad intentions . My husband stresses for me to wear it also . Thank you for keeping me in the safe zone , Birdie 👍 !!

It is loud, bright & easy to turn on. I got one for each of my daughters as well as one for myself. I feel better knowing we all each have something to carry with us for protection if needed.
