The bag is great, it’s just too small. I also would’ve given you a much better rating but it’s been a couple of weeks since I requested for a full refund and still have been told that you’re working on it. The bag is packed and ready for me to return to you but still no instructions. Also, I got a bill from fedex from you? I’m getting very frustrated and confused!
