It is a nice bag but pricey for what you get
I've only used it a couple of times but for what you pay, you don't get a lot compared to other bags. Adding a sternum strap would be a nice addition to help the bag feel more secure during runs. Also, the pocket on the side only fits a very small water bottle. The build quality is very nice and it's comfortable.

Does the job well
easy to get plates into the pocket. comfortable on shoulders. easy to adjust straps. i like the cushion on the lower back. my only complaint is the water bottle pocket is a little small so it’s hard to get the water bottle back in without having to stop moving.
