Daily Brain Boost

My morning focus is returning. My mornings used to be my mentally productive peak, and I had lost that for two years. Brain Boost has helped me get back to my usual mental state, which in turn felt like I was becoming ME again.

This has help me to remember why I walked into the room. Before I had difficulty remembering what I was going to grab or do I would go & then stand there trying to remember why I went in there in the first place. This has helped me tremendously to not loose focus.
