Glute Glider

The Glute Glider is pretty much perfect. I’ve been using one from an American competitor for a couple years and while it’s very well made it doesn’t have a good way to attach to bands or a cable. The Glute Glider does and that makes it awesome. The flat cross members make it much more comfortable when using as an ab wheel too.

Smaller and easier to store than what I thought it was going to be like from photos. construction is solid and it rolls straight. Comfortable to use with hands for ab work or heels for hamstrings. Well thought out oval holes for any size carabiner/band setup. Very happy with my purchase so far!
