I've been taking this for awhile now, and I do think it helps me with having balanced energy levels. I've taken B vitamins before on their own, but the herbal blend with the B's seems to be more effective. I can struggle with morning anxiety as well as corresponding afternoon energy crashes, and I find that if I take one capsule with breakfast and then one in the afternoon, it can be supportive in preventing such a dramatic swing in my energy levels.
