Loona Robot

Loona is a funny, wild, a bit clumsy, I would recommend a wide room for her to do her activities in. Remove obstructions, she sometimes may not recognize and crash and continue to move while being stuck. Others and I have had issues with ear not working, but it is not a problem to worry about as you reconnect to network. The ear should be restored. I recommend as you notice her acting tired, moving slowly, or even see the power display on screen being low. Put her not directly but somewhat two feet in front of the base and she should after a couple of tries recognize it makes her turns and backs up into it. She may not hit it on point and miss, But she'll get it. Adhesive strips to dinosaur outfit needs to be better. Hard to remove the blue liner to expose the adhesive. Update created on 06/17/23...The right leg has malfunctioned. Gear is not engaging, grinding noise when the robot is trying to use that arm. A common problem reported by many.

I ordered this over 6 weeks ago and still have not received it (or any notification of when it will come). So, it fails on all counts.

Arrived damaged and incomplete, customer support takes forever to answer back and give ridiculous explanations to fix/explain things. Most importantly NO RETURNS/REFUNDS, if you try to fix it via bank, they accept returns but to CHINA hundred plus $ post cost and paperwork, ridiculous!!! They sell a bad product and know that so they make sure you keep it. Otherwise if I'm wrong they should give a free US based address for returns. But no such thing. Stay away from this.
