Micro Grill Egg Mate™ - Microwave Egg Cooker

Just what I needed

I bought it specifically for making sausage,egg, and cheese on English muffins. The Egg Mate makes eggs the perfect size and consistency. Easy to clean,too.

YUMMY, YUMMY

First of all I buttered the cups and top where the eggs were. I used jumbo eggs at room temperature sprinkled with salt free lemon pepper. My microwave is 1,100 watts and I cooked for 1 minute and checked the eggs. The whites were not cooked so I added another 30 seconds and they were perfect! I removed the top and placed Hoffman cheese on top, closed the door and let sit for a few minutes for cheese to melt. This did not cook the eggs longer. I then took a silicone spatula and placed on buttered toast. YUMMY, YUMMY! So great for a quick meal. So glad I purchased this.

We've used it quite a few times and, unlike others we've purchased, it really does work. Now we can have our Egg McMuffin or avocado/tomato/on English muffin without ever leaving the house! Kudos to the designer!
