Keep missing my ground beef

The chicken is good, sometimes the chicken feathers aren’t cleaned up completely but meat quality is pretty good. I took out one star because it has been at least 5 times since my Boxed halal subscription missed my two free packs of ground beef. I emailed the staffs previous times, they either refunded my money for the portion, or reshipped them later, but this is a reoccurring issue and ideally I wish I don’t have to keep emailing about it. If the company promised free ground beef with the subscription then they should stick to the promise. If for some reason they aren’t able to, at least it should have been communicated ahead of time instead of disappointing the costumer again and again after they receive their boxes.

I ordered a bunch of meat in my first order. Everything was packaged very well. The taste is great. I'm waiting on a few things to come back in stock and then I will order my next batch.
