Beautiful ring
Love the ring but was rather disappointed in the customer service and communications - the product took a long time to arrive and I wasn’t really kept informed - shame as the product is lovely. The ring size I expected within days, but took over 2 weeks and a lot of chasing - I appreciate business is busy and good which is great - but communicating when things are delayed is customer service 101
