5stars as far as getting the items i ordered but my box arrived torn open contents exposed,extremely weak walled box used for shipping,the carrier didnt even bother to retape the box, got a 6pk and tips really good price for 600ml cans but wasnt able to choose my own colors or tips the site says (randomly chosen by 004.

Honestly pretty disappointed with this order. I purchased what was advertised as three 12-packs, expecting a total of 36 cans. Instead, I only received 18 cans in tall can format. It seems like they may be counting one tall can as two, but that wasn’t clearly stated anywhere in the listing. That’s pretty misleading, and it doesn’t match what was advertised. If I’m buying a 12-pack, I expect 12 actual cans—simple as that. Product itself seems fine, but the way it’s packaged and advertised needs to be way more clear. Hopefully they can fix this moving forward.
