My 2nd Growler
Excellent customer service and clear updates. I had accidentally ordered the bike in the wrong color but Eastern made it right with one email. Bike arrived well packed within four days from when it was shipped out. Great company and experience this time.

is really heavy and cold use a break upgrade. other than that my son really likes it.

It’s good
It’s what I paid for and has good quality to it. I only had to tune the brakes and that was really it. It rides like it’s susposed too and doesn’t make any weird sounds
