Hummus

A lovely hummus can be made in your instant out with chickpeas, garlic, plain yogurt and some olive oil. Prepare the chickpeas and garlic first with chicken or veg broth on the bean setting until they are very soft. Add the yogurt and olive oil. Smooth in a blender.
