I'm sadly going to have to find another hypochlorous acid company. I am going to let the influencer who promotes this company know as well. They do not answer any emails. I had a complaint with one of my products leaking and never heard back. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again. I was charged twice for shipping and the insurance and again never heard back. Very sad to see this company go downhill.
