This is the best haddock I have ever had. We've purchased from stores in Ontario, including chains, privately owned, and a truck that comes up from the east coast. The haddock sold by Larry's Catch is definitely the freshest by far. Having more for dinner tonight - can't wait!

There is simply nothing to compare with a lovely bit of fresh fish especially if you are not a meat eater but still need good, lean protein!
The haddock is so good that I still have only quickly pan-fried it, but I may bake it in parchment next time. It is so fresh and delicious that it does not need elaborate preparation to enjoy it. I will sometimes enjoy it with a little homemade tartar sauce.
Thanks for a tasty addition to my diet.
