True to size. It Will stretch out overtime (within 1 week) , so if you’re looking for more of a corset vibe (tighter fit) size down. I got a medium, I’m 5’6 200lbs bottom heavy. I wish I would’ve got a small. Return policy says return it with original packaging sadly I threw it away. I also wish the velcro bands was wider for tighter more secure fit. No metal backing so it won’t poke your back. The bottom in the front does NOT fold up when you bin. Love that… over all I like the product not love it.
