Don’t bother

Unimpressed with the sample. Clearly it’s designed for wholesalers and not someone wanting to get an idea of of using it in their home. The samples were matted and looked dingy. Shame on them for no communication or offer of any discount. Both Ruggable and Revival sent me emails and coupons for the cost of the sample if I made a purchase. This company sent nothing. Not a note of welcome, explanation of their service or quality. They charged me $47 and I got garbage that I can do nothing with. At least I could repurpose the samples from other places. Plus their colors are all so light, there is no variety.

Sample books

I appreciate the ability to buy the sample books before purchasing a rug. I would prefer that they were returnable because they are substantial - I haven’t figured out how to repurpose them and can’t get myself to throw them away.
