These were a housewarming gift for my friend (of 60 years!), who just moved from Louisiana to North Dakota. They survived the shipping and my friend greatly appreciated and enjoyed them!

These cookies were delicious! The flavor was amazing and they were the perfect texture. A nice crunchy exterior with a soft, almost melty center.
