Broken Chain

I love every single Conquering ring I’ve bought; however, I’ve had bad luck with this necklace. I love the concept, and it’s gorgeous, but it broke. Twice. A few weeks ago and with light wear, it fell off when I was standing in my kitchen; the chain separated fully from the housing. I reached out to Conquering. They have great customer service and were immediately willing to (and followed through with replacing it.) Today, I was driving, and it dropped right into my shirt, broken in the exact same way as the prior necklace. I’ll end up buying a replacement chain elsewhere, but I wanted to provide my feedback on this item.

Absolutely adore this necklace. It gives me so much comfort. So grateful for a company that helps the neurodivergent population!
