I visited the store to collect a few additional items beyond what I had ordered online yesterday morning. Upon inquiry about the status of my order, a staff member informed me that it had been overlooked, necessitating an additional hour-long wait for the print. Furthermore, I was notified that the shirts I ordered were no longer in stock. As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused, the employee offered a $50 compensation towards my next print order. However, upon attempting to place a new order, I realized that I had not received any information regarding the discount code or any form of confirmation. I am following up on my previous 1-star review regarding the $50 compensation. After contacting them, they advised that their manager manually processed the credit to my account, which took approximately 5 minutes to complete. As a result, I have revised my rating to 4 stars.
