Glow Down | Sleep Support

Glow Down is now a non-negotiable in my nighttime routine. Since taking it, I’m able to calm my mind, wind down quicker, and fall asleep easier. I’ve also noticed I don’t wake up as much during the night anymore. If you struggle to fully relax at bedtime, this has been a game changer for me.

It really does help me slow my mind down so I can sleep. But I have to admit I hate the taste so I hold my nose and drink it. If you could just make it to where it’s a good flavor or no flavor at all I’d be happy
