No pain!
My husband was complaining about metatarsal pain with his tennis shoes. I love my Quantum 2 shoes because they are so supportive so I got him a pair. As I suspected my husband had zero pain with his new shoes. They hug his foot and provide the needed support.

Very Comfortable.
Very short break-in period. While the style is more "dad" specific, the support and comfort are impressive.
Heel and foot feel cradled and support for walking is very good.
They are worth it in my opinion.

Unsure
Well my back doesn't hurt anymore and my heels don't bother me. My feet hurt now! This is kinda the problem with any shoes. You just don't know, unless you familiar.
