Simply perfection
I bought the build your own charm bracelet and it came on the wrong chain, I sent it back and they fixed it promptly and also switched out a charm for me that I changed my mind on. The final result is a freaking beautiful unique charm bracelet that I will never be taking off. It’s just gorgeous.
