Hapstone R2 Black Knife Sharpener

Solidly weighted. Easy to flip the knife being worked on to switch sides without having to remount (like my older model). Holds knives of different sizes quite securely. I advise picking up the available pads to avoid marring your work.

Amazing product. My third sharpening jig/system, by far the best. Bought with three hapstone stones, quality is outstanding. Results and use are outstanding. Super easy to use. Having a great time with this. Going to buy a few more stones to round everything out.

Historically I have been bad at sharpening knives. Even with a Lansky I got mixed results. I started with an old beater knife I have always had trouble sharpening. This system got it to paper slicing sharp with a shiny edge with no trouble. I wish I had one of these years ago.
