Chef Preserve

We got it to replace the bulky bag sealer and we thought it was great. When we went to recharge it for the first time, the charging cable would not go all the way into the device, like the slot was damaged or blocked. After contacting Chef Preserve and going through many explanations, the company sent us a replacement. This one works much better than the first one and we continue to truly enjoy the Chef Preserve.

Our unit lost its power and we were within the warranty period and Chef Preserve honored that warranty. We were so grateful as we still have bags that we love using. Thanks for being such a great company!

This device is compact to use, sturdy, and extremely effective to use to preserve food, whether employing the plastic bags or glass containers. An item that would last 3 or 4 days in the fridge (like salad) is effectively preserved for a week to ten days. Frozen items remain intact for months without accumulating 'freezer burn," discoloration, or dehydration. I use my Chef Preserve almost daily. One of the best "investments" I 've ever made in my culinary endeavors. Don't know how I lived without it!
