I love the things that I do have that work like the big bags when I don’t like is that I cannot get the smaller bags to work. I’ve taken videos of them and sent them to you. I have tried everything. I videotaped a large bag how it sealed, no problem how I attempted to do two different smaller bags and neither one will vacuum out. I don’t know why. and it’s nothing to do with the power that the bags are just not working. I can’t wait to give my unit that I just got in to my ex-husband as he freezes a lot.

We use it every day and fund that it DOES keepour food fresher and longer. I want to add that customer service was fabulous when I recently reached out to them for help!!

Great product, and the best customer service! We had our pump go out after a couple months and they replaced it promptly. Very satisfied with this company!
