Lacking customer service

I initially really liked this item. At this point I am very frustrated. My screwdriver gearing seems to have slipped and now only ratchets in one direction. As a long time viewer I was expecting decent customer service. I purchased this item in in March, requested a replacement on May 27th and it has currently not been answered. (June 28th) To be clear my issue is with the customer service and not the item; I am sure my experience was a one of, but I currently have had a broken screwdriver for two months. I have since gone to snap-on and will not be looking back.

Love the new one, had the first one that came out with the black shaft and all and now remembering the goodold n64 days its a really nice update.

Feels super solid and the transparent plastic looks beautiful!
