Products are very well made. The TK-02 tells me just how to easily do any maintenance tasks. Genius that the milk container hose is the perfect length to move out of the way without disconnecting to empty the drip tray (where does all that water come from?) Empty the grounds bin or fill the water. 1000's of design decisions!
