Such a fantastic pattern!
Well, I fell in love with this cap immediately when I saw this. I just knew I need it on my head. The loop is a gorgeous finito of any cap. Wore this to a party and people in the bar were asking about this piece of art. Making the second one for my boyfriend now.

The pattern is missing an entire round of decreases, and I also couldn’t get my mitered decrease to look anything like the picture, I suspect it’s actually knit differently in the image than it’s described in the pattern because the pattern results in a sort of swirling decrease pattern while the image has them in a line, I think the pattern might have the decreases off by a single stitch per decrease row
