This insert is perfect. I was sceptical of buying this since most slow-feeder inserts don’t look big enough for large dogs (my Lab eats 1 cup of dry food per meal), but this insert fit all her food perfectly!! The edges are flexible silicone so will conform to whatever size your food bowl is

This is a customer service issue- i added this item to my cart- per the website sugggetion once i ordered the bowl. It was too small for the bowl. I got an unhelpful CS agent who said i could exchange it at my own shipping cost. When i explained the situation i was met with no further assistance. $7 to return a $16 item seems pretty dumb to me.
