Some time ago, I purchased a Vantrue Element 2 (E2) dashcam. Out of the box you could tell the quality was very high. I recently ordered a Vantrue 5-level hardwire kit, with parking mode, to install the dashcam. I discovered, after the kit had shipped, that it wasn't an OBD unit - I have a hybrid car, the OBD unit makes installation easier. I contacted the Vantrue Support team about returning the unit, as it was my mistake. They were so helpful, advised me of the return process, and I subsequently bought the Vantrue OBD kit. Once again, the quality of Vantrue products is apparent. Should anyone be shopping to purchase a dashcam or related accessories, I highly recommend giving serious consideration to Vantrue products - you won't be disappointed!
