Not happy with my pair of boots

The inside of my boots have a defect that hurts my feet and it's very uncomfortable when I wear them

I originally saw these boots on a Facebook post and decided to give the company a shot. The boots are great quality and very comfortable. I have had time to break them in and I'd say after break in I probably could have gone down a size and still been fine. I will definitely purchase another pair of boots for sure. I have already had tons of compliments on them.
