I’m so happy with my purchase of the Metro Duffel. For years I’ve been grabbing a disorganized backpack as my personal item. This bag is a game changer. The look, feel and style are amazing. It’s so nice to have quality luggage. Monos did a great job on this bag. Thumbs up.

I initially received the wrong bag instead of the Metro Duffel I ordered, which was disappointing. However, after contacting Monos, their support team responded quickly, reviewed the photos and video I provided, immediately acknowledged the fulfillment mistake, and arranged a replacement without any hassle. Mistakes can happen with any company, but what impressed me was how professionally and efficiently they handled the situation. They also provided a prepaid return label and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service.

Great Purchase, no regrets at all

This purchase was a amazing find for me. Ive been wanting a work bag for the longest time and this is the perfect one. I got the dark brown leather and the quality it out of this world. Ive had countless people come up to me asking where i got the bag complimenting it. Even some people assuming it was a 2-3 thousand dollar bag just because of how nice the quality is. I pretty much never leave reviews but this honestly is a favourite purchase of mine. Its a bag I can beat up and it get even better over time. The only small small nitpicky thing is that my 16 inch mac pro cant fit that smoothly into the laptop case section where the felt material is just cause the pocket isnt quite wide enough . but it fits in the other main portion of the bag just fine so really not a huge issue but maybe something to consider for a future version of the bag. The bigger duffle bag and suitcases also caught my eye aswell so next time I need a travel bag I know where to go. Prices are reasonable as well for the service and product you are getting.
