An excellent case

When we ordered two medium cases it warned they would be arriving separately as there was a three week delay. That was no problem as our trip was later in the year. As soon as I ordered, an email came from a representative to remind me of the delay and if my trip was sooner I could cancel. Of course I didn't, but I thought that was excellent service. In fact, all four cases, two check in and two carry on, arrived together only a few days later. The shipping boxes were sturdy and had handles, very nicely packed. They are beautifully made, a lovely color and the interior has little extra bags for small items. If they hold up during travel as good as I think they will I will be absolutely thrilled with them. An excellent case and all in all a very good experience dealing with this company and their product.

Practical and attractive

I just received the medium check-in bag and it looks great and has very practical packing and organizing features inside. The wheels are sturdy and incredibly smooth. Delivery was prompt, unlike bags ordered from American websites

Love this suitcase! Perfect for 3-5 days away. Packs well and is so easy and light to travel with.
