I was so hopeful purchasing this. I developed a rash contacted the company they said they would refund without a need to return the item. That did not happen. I contacted again saying please take back the 3 unopened tubes as they are going to waste. They said they would set up a return. That did not happen. The reason I purchaed is yes the before and afters but also because of the way they dealt online with customers. I was impressed. So this issue is disappointing.
