Cute color but wrong size

Delivered promptly. Regarding quality, one of the inside straps for securing items did not lie flat because the screw was tightened without attention to how the strap should be aligned. Otherwise, appreciate the extra bags and cleaning tool that it came with. Love the light blue color and looking forward to using the suitcase. Only regret is after reading and researching other reviews where most recommended the Carry-On Plus, I should have bought the smaller Carry-On. The Plus is actually taller and slightly larger (hence, heavier) than my other "large, yet cabin allowed" luggage. I'm now very conscious and nervous that I will be asked to check it in. This case will only be used for travel within Canada, USA and long flights to Asia if avoiding check-in, which I never like do. In future, I'll be looking at purchasing the Carry-On for my travel within Europe.

The Best Carry on

Excellent suitcase! I have the check in size as well and love them. I have had the opportunity to travel quite a bit and this set is by far the best. Great packability, excellent structure and the best wheels for super easy travelling.

One bag travel

Planning a trip to Europe for a week and was advised because of itinerary to bring just carry on. I always travel with checked luggage so this was a challenge. I can’t believe how much I was able to pack in the carry-On Plus! Not only plenty of outfit choices and all my accessories - room to bring things home. So excited for a new way to travel!
