Looks good

Like all previous purchases from desert steel, it looks great. However the mounting leaves a lot to be desired. The mounting tabs are a single row engagement into a single row of the slots in the spear. This allows a large amount of side to side movement. We get Constant Spring winds here in the white mountains of Arizona. This constant back and forth movement I feel will lead to a failure of the mounting.

Life like

We love our metal cactus! Just wish the lights didn't stop where they do.

Nub!

I have the 7' saguaro, and all of us thought the nub was too busy for that saguaro, for my array. I'll be sending it back soon. That said, every plant I bought looks great; that includes the three different prickly pears, the small and large barrel cactus, the 5-piece Mexican Fence Post, and the American Agave. I'm still finishing the sizable display, but I'll attach some photos of the work in progress so you can admire your awesome plants in situ. By the way, I combined one piece of the "Round" prickly pear with the "Tall" prickly pear, and then put both altered prickly pears into an arrangement I like, although I haven't added the rock yet to that arrangement.
