Absolutely not a great...
Absolutely not a great experience. The band does not fit flush on my watch. It doesn’t click in place. I almost lost my watch. I have emailed your company two times now asking for a refund how to do a refund and no response. I’m about to put in a dispute with my credit card company if I don’t hear from you guys soon.

I don’t like tha watch band I got. It streached out the second time i took it off to charge and now it just flops around on my wrist. Is there any way that i can exchange it for one that has an adjustable strap??
