Browsketch Pencil

Unfortunately, I was only able to use once! The color is phenomenal but as has happened in the past, the pencil is so feeble and the color breaks or doesn't come up or retract. However this is the first time that it broke like this. I literally was only able to use once. I've been using this same brow color for at least 5 years, and this is a recurring issue. I'm using an alternative product, not preferred. I know I can't be the only customer having this issue. Sometimes the pencil is great and works exactly as it should, you just never know what you're gonna get. It's disappointing considering the cost.

I really loved this eyebrow pencil at first. It applied smoothly, had great color payoff, and was easy to use. Unfortunately, by the second day, all of the product had come out of the pencil, making it impossible to use. I was very disappointed with the quality and durability, especially since I enjoyed the product otherwise.
