Allergic - Waiting on Refund

I was informed that most products contain tea tree oil, which I am allergic to. After experiencing some irritation, I reached out via Instagram and was told about the tee tree oil because the ingredient is only listed as “essential oils” on the website. After asking how we can rectify the situation, I was told I’d be refunded for the kit. Please note, I never explicitly asked for a refund but was told I’d get one. I am still waiting for the refund. I think the product was well made and packaged. I just think they have to list ALL ingredients on the website.
