Three weeks of owning it and I had to get the head replaced. The laser head seemed to have some sort of bug and that work. Next tool did send me a new one and hopefully we’ll get it very soon. It’s nice to actually be able to talk to someone on the phone for support instead of emailing for a week to get something simple.

I love my xtool. I have an S1 and a Glowforge Plus and do wish that the S1 had a camera in addition to the physical positioning but greatly prefer the non-cloud based interface for sending my prints to the laser
